Corberán: “It’s time to compete and to give our all”
The coach looks ahead to the game against Deportivo Alavés
Hugo Duro made his return to the Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Saturday night, playing against his parent club, Getafe CF. The forward explained how it felt in a post-match interview with VCF Media.
The draw
“We came here for the victory and we leave with a draw that was fair. We barely had any chances and I think that a draw was fair."
An intense match
“Getafe CF at home have been getting good points through their intensity. I think we matched that. It was a physical match, with few chances, and now we have to think about the game against Elche CF."
A solid defence
“They hardly had any chances. We have improved. They were having fewer shots and generating fewer chances. We have to continue in this way."
Returning to the Coliseum
“I felt strange. This has always been my set of fans. I've been a Getafe fan since birth. I will always be grateful and everyone has treated me great here, from one year to the next. I have always been very grateful”.
The next match against Elche CF
“It's a difficult game away to Elche CF, who have just won their match. It's going to be difficult and we're going to look for the three points."
